How we make things

Fewer pieces. Made properly.

We would rather make four things that last a decade than forty that last a season. Here is exactly where your clothes come from.

Low-water dyeing

Garment dyeing in closed-loop baths recovers 82% of the water used on every batch.

One factory

Everything is cut and sewn in a single Lagos workshop we part-own, on living wages.

Offcut recovery

Cutting-room scrap is spun back into the yarn we use for our loopback interiors.

Free repairs

Blown seam, split cuff, lost drawcord — send it back and we fix it for the garment's life.

Manufacturing, step by step

Organic long-staple cotton

01 · Fabric

Organic long-staple cotton

Sourced from two co-operatives in Kano and knitted to 240, 320, 380 and 480gsm in Ogun state.

Patterned big-first

02 · Design

Patterned big-first

Every block is drafted at 2XL and graded outward, so the shoulder and armhole never distort.

Forty washes

03 · Quality

Forty washes

Each new fabric lot survives forty industrial washes before it can carry the WEARIFY label.
